Preprocessed Connectomes Project (PCP)

Data from ABIDE was preprocessed by five different teams using their preferred tools. Functional preprocessing was performed using: the Connectome Computation System (CCS), the Configurable Pipeline for the Analysis of Connectomes (CPAC), the Data Processing Assistant for Resting-State fMRI (DPARSF) and the NeuroImaging Analysis Kit.

  Locally Linear Embedding (LLE)

Data from ABIDE was preprocessed using the modification of a regularised dimensionality reduction algorithm, Modified Locally Linear Embedding (MLLE). In comparison to other preprocessed collections, this output purports to contain the quantum fluctuations as measured by functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (fMRI).
